Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce now have a new Midwestern estate to call home. According to The Washington Post, Kelce paid about $5.35 million for a three-and-a-half-acre estate in Bratenahl, Ohio, an exclusive village on the southern shore of Lake Erie just outside Cleveland, near his hometown of Cleveland Heights. The affluent enclave is also home to Edward Williams, cofounder of the paint company Sherwin-Williams.

Per Realtor.com, Kelce purchased the property in March through Figurati Construction Group, just three months before he and Swift tied the knot in front of roughly 1,000 guests at their star-studded wedding at New York City's Madison Square Garden. The Washington Post reports the transaction is the highest home sale ever recorded in the area.

The home joins a host of posh pads between the pair. Swift famously owns Rhode Island’s historic Holiday House, an 11,000-square-foot coastal estate, along with several properties across New York, California, and Tennessee.

The Chiefs’ tight end also has a luxe home in Leawood, Kansas, a 17,000-square-foot mansion where he proposed to the pop powerhouse in 2025. With a rich history and quite the reputation, the mansion is best known to locals as “Moyenage.”

What’s inside the power couple’s newest home? According to Realtor.com, the Elizabethan Tudor mansion boasts 21,140 square feet and includes eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a five-car garage, a media room, a pool, and a resort-standard spa.

The sprawling grounds are perfect for Kelce’s fluffy white Samoyed, Wendy, to roam. And inside, several functional fireplaces offer cozy spots for Swift’s three cats to bask. Built in 1895, the home’s ballroom is the rumored site of a Prohibition-era speakeasy, an ode to Tay’s love of Americana lore.

In a 2025 pre-Super Bowl press conference, Kelce gushed about his home state, telling reporters, “In my mind, it’s the most beautiful place you can have an upbringing. It’s such a melting pot of social class and ethnicity that you understand so many different walks of life. I love it for that.”

The area is so special to the couple that Taylor penned “Cleveland!” a track on the extended version of her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore.
