I live in a family-friendly neighborhood in New York City that embraces Halloween with enthusiasm. Come October, stoops are filled with carved and painted pumpkins, inflatables of all sizes and shapes, spooky skeletons, and more. While I love seeing other people get creative for October 31, I’m not much of a Halloween person: I prefer the hygge feel of Christmas decor to ghosts. And I'll be honest: Most Halloween decor feels too cheesy and childish to me. That is, until I saw FUNBOY’s line of non-tacky decorations. And as luck would have it, all the pieces are on sale for Prime Big Deal Days.
One of my favorite items is the colorful striped snake inflatable that reminds me of sour gummy worms or something you'd see in the world of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. The inflatables come in vibrant colors, outside of the typical orange and black color palette, and look whimsical yet elevated. They're also super high quality; I have a FUNBOY golf cart pool float, which is also on sale, so I experienced firsthand how the brand compares to other floats I've bought on Amazon. The plastic material is durable, strong, and appears to be immune to scratches and tears. I expect the same for their Halloween decor, especially since these inflatables will live outside, and I bet we'll get some rain and wind before October 31st.

I've held off on buying the FUNBOY Halloween decor because, yes, spending a couple of hundred dollars on decor seems silly to me. However, now that the entire collection is on sale, I'm adding several pieces to my cart, as I'll end up saving a couple of hundred dollars. Dare I say, I am even excited to decorate my front yard so that I can show off my new pieces to trick-or-treaters at the end of the month.
