Decorating a child’s bedroom is the one place where you can really experiment with colour. After all, it should be a space that inspires creativity, where imaginations can run wild, but also a sanctuary and one that stands the test of time.

Vinyl flooring brand Atrafloor have released a fun collection of designs based on nostalgic childhood computer and board games from Tetris to Snakes and Ladders.

Taking inspiration from the colours, motifs, playing pieces and characters of these retro games, this collection uses a bold palette to create a playful style for the modern home; some of which may extend to beyond a child’s bedroom. The more muted palettes of Noughts and Crosses could make for a great alternative in a study room or guest room, for example.

Available for home and commercial use, all flooring is made-to-order and priced at £59 per square metre.
