Spend long enough scrolling through BookTok, and you’ll come across the viral rotating bookshelf. It’s the ideal home for thick, colorful romantasy books that you want to have on display. I bought it myself during Prime Day 2025, and one year later, it’s still one of the coolest things in my apartment. My only regret? That I didn’t wait for this year’s deal; I’ve NEVER seen it this cheap.

Every color of the Yowos 6-Tier Rotating Bookshelf Tower is on sale for Prime Day, and the deals are up to 25 percent off. The bookshelf went viral for its sleek look, storage space, and small profile. I ran out of space on my bookshelf last year, and scanned BookTok looking for stylish storage options. If you're running out of storage space for your favorite books, this is your fix.

Bookshelves can easily become clutter magnets, and this rotating tower fends that off. You're not staring at your whole collection all of the time. Only one facade will face you, and the others are tucked behind cute shelves. But you can easily spin the tower 360 degrees to access your book of choice. Plus, it's super nostalgic, reminding me of Scholastic Book Fairs and long days in the library.

It comes in four colors: a walnut wood finish, a more natural bamboo, white, and black. You can choose between a four-tier or a six-tier shelf. I opted for six to keep up with my book-buying habits. I'm trying to ground my room in warm wood finishes, so I chose the walnut bookshelf to match my floating shelves.

This book tower may spin, but it doesn't wobble. It spins on a sturdy bamboo base, and it's stable enough that I put my plant propagations on the top shelf. Living in New York City taught me the importance of vertical real estate in a smaller space. I love that this bookshelf has a smaller footprint, so I can still put a chair and dresser nearby. It's not the only rotating bookshelf on the market, but I can confidently say it looks the prettiest. The bamboo wooden slats had a more sophisticated look than some of the metal options.

The shelves aren't height-adjustable, but the bottom shelf of the bookcase is two inches taller, making it the perfect storage space for taller books or board games. I'm also running out of storage space for my vinyl collection, so I love that the bottom shelf can fit records as well. One note I'll mention about assembly: it's pretty simple, but you do need two people, because the pieces are pretty big. I was able to put it together on my own, but not without propping pieces on pillows and making a mess of my living room.

I'm obsessed with the way the bookshelf completes my bedroom. It's slim enough to tuck in an empty corner, and when it's bathed in sunlight, the place feels warm and cozy. There's nothing saying you have to use it for books alone. I've seen fans of the bookshelf use it to display trailing plants, craft projects, and family photos. Prime Day deals will only be running for a few more hours, so now’s the time to snag the viral piece for yourself.
